Walt’s Brain: Good food and conversation

Well, the food’s there alright, but there’s not much conversation, unless you count Strep there yelling at the would-be thief. This meal will soon become even more memorable.

Here’s a photo from Dark Roasted Blend that depicts a big part of pop music history. How? It’s a visual interpretation of 1970s dance music: Walk a chicken, walk a chicken, walk a chicken, walk a chicken… never mind. Sorry.

Remember when Star Wars was fresh and new? How exciting and fun it was, before bloat set in, before George Lucas swelled up to 400 pounds and put Jar Jar Binks on the screen? Before he came up with the puke-o-rama “sensitive” origin story for Darth Vader? Before “midichlorians”? (Perhaps some hateful “force” possessed George, which would explain why he swelled up: his body was initially trying to reject the invader.) Anyway, here’s a wonderful parody that appeared in 1977, the memorable Hardware Wars! They even got Paul Frees to do the voiceover! Cool! Part 1:
